Submit a Ticket in 3 Easy Steps

  • At the bottom right corner of the screen, select the orange question mark.
  • Fill out the following:
  • Name of fleet/operator
  • Phone number
  • Subject
  • Description
  • Attachment (screenshot of the issue, optional)
  • Email
  • Submit your ticket!

View Your Truck Data

  • Start at the dispatch screen
  • Select the Trucks Tab
  • A list will appear- choose a truck you want to see more info on, and select the gear icon at the right corner.
  • From here, you can view:
  • Truck
  • Trips
  • Edit Truck
  • Driver Loads
  • Remove Driver
  • Go Off-call
  • Predictions

How To Submit An Order And Reorder

  • Start at the Dispatch screen
  • Select the orange button actions
  • Select add job
  • Fill out information and press apply
  • Information needed
  • • Job Type
  • • Material Supplier
  • • Pick up site information and apply
  • Select approval permissions
  • Fill out:
  • • Customer information
  • • Material description
  • • Time and Date of Job
  • • Type of trucks needed
Congratulations! You have submitted an order or “job.”
  • If you'd like to reorder:
  • • Select the orange button actions
  • • Select reorder
