The team at Dauber is focused on the safety of drivers and ticket signers. The traditional process of signing paper tickets may increase disease transmission.
This new feature will allow for site operators to approve or reject a completed load on Dauber Dispatch and is meant to allow for an approval process of loads without needing an onsite signature.

How do I set up approval for a job?
- The Fleet Settings page allows for defaulting jobs to require site operator approval. Contact your Dauber representative to have this feature turned on.
- The creator of the job can also set the job as requiring or not requiring site operator approval when the job is created in the job wizard.
- The originating fleet of the job can turn on site operator approval for a job at any time.
- The site operator can turn on / off approval for a job at any time.
Who can approve loads for a job?
- Export: Site operator of pickup site
- Import: Site operator of drop off site
- Hourly: Check-in site’s site operator
How can a site operator approve?
- Site operator must be logged in with their own account and reviewing job details for a job that needs approval
- Job must have them setup as the correct Site Operator
What happens when I approve?
- Load will indicate the name of the approver on the Ticket CSV report
- If no signer, load will indicate the name of the approver on the Ticket PDF report
What happens when I reject?
- Load will not count towards the total completed for the job
- Load will not show up on the Ticket CSV report
- Load will not show up on the Ticket PDF report
- Load will show as rejected on the site
- Load will be updated to not count as quantity imported / exported on the Site Operator Materials report
- A notification of the rejection is added to the fleet notifications
What happens if I reject a load and then later approve it?
- Load will switch from Rejected to Approved
- A notification that a rejected load has been switched to approved is sent to the fleet notifications
What happens if I don't approve or reject?
- Load will show as Pending on Ticket PDF Report
- Load will show as Pending on Ticket CSV Report
How do I know there are loads requiring my approval?
- Jobs are loaded to dispatch that require approval and have at least one load pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
- Jobs show a status indicator on Dispatch that they have a load pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
- Jobs on Job Details show a status indicator that they are pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
How does Closing a job work with the new approval process?
- Jobs are loaded to dispatch that require approval and have at least one load pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
- Jobs show a status indicator on Dispatch that they have a load pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
- Jobs on Job Details show a status indicator that they are pending approval (SiteOperators and Fleets)
